How to receive products and handle returns

With the exception of some products, returns of ordered products can be accepted up to 5 days after the product is delivered to the customer.

*When you receive the product, please check if there are any defects.

*In the event of a defect, defective product, wrong product due to delivery error, etc., you can exchange/return the product.

First: Regarding exchange/return period

If you contact us within 5 days of receiving the product, we will exchange it.

"Returns" will be handled based on the second paragraph below.

*Contact method

① To contact us, please fill out the inquiry form within 5 days after receiving the product, and write your order information, reason for requesting a return/exchange, and any problems in the email. (Please explain in as much detail as possible.) In the case of a defective product, please provide an overview of the returned product and an image of the defective area (as clear as possible, including photographic evidence and tags) as an attachment.

②If more than 5 days have passed since the item was received, we cannot accept exchanges or returns, even if the item is defective. (Also, please note that we will not accept inquiries received after the 5th.)

Regarding exchanges/returns, after receiving the notification, we will inform you about the exchange/return procedure by email. Please return the product within 5 days of receiving the information.

④If the item is returned more than 5 days after we have informed you of the exchange/return procedure, we will not be able to provide a refund. Thank you for your understanding.

Second: Regarding exchange/return fees

*In both cases of exchange/return, we will reship the new product after the customer returns the product.In the case of a return, we will issue a refund as soon as we receive the product.

2. Return

① If there is a defect on our part (defective product, wrong product, color, size, etc.), we will pay the return shipping fee. (Customers should return the product with cash on delivery) A full refund will be given. I'll take it.

② We apologize, but we cannot accept returns due to customer circumstances (wrong size, wrong image, wrong color, arrangement error, PC/mobile phone operation error, etc.). Please note.

Third: Conditions under which exchanges/returns are not possible

② If the smell is stronger than the product

*Fake leather products such as VC (polyvinyl chloride) and PU (polyurethane) may have a strong odor due to the nature of the material.

*When we receive our products sealed from the manufacturer, we inspect them and repack them in bags, so some products may have a stronger odor than the products in the store.

*If you use it for a few days or dry it in the shade, you will hardly notice any unpleasant smells, so please try it.

③If the product tag, price tag, label, etc. is cut off

④Products that have been used, repaired, washed, or cleaned

⑤Products that have been soiled by the customer by trying them on, etc., or products that have a smell such as tobacco.


Fourth: Events that cannot be recognized as defective products

① If the buttonhole is blocked

*Some products may not have buttonholes because they are made overseas.

*Some products have button attachment position markers. This marker disappears when you put water on it. Since the product is not defective, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Additionally, we will not be responsible for cleaning costs, etc. (Processing method: Spray water on the marker area and let it dry. If there are a lot of markers, you can easily clean them by washing them with water.)

② Regarding all-over pattern products sold in this shop, the pattern of the product sample photo and the actual product may differ due to the cutting of the fabric. note that.
